All Mothers of the Earth are welcome.
One need not be a biological mother to attend this workshop.
Give up the laundry, dusting & dishes for the day.  Get a baby sitter.  No experience in yoga

is necessary.  Be prepared to sit on the floor.  Wear comfortable clothing.  Do not eat 2 hours

before class.  Required to bring to class:  a mat or a towel, a blanket & 2 pillows.
 

This workshop will help you to take a deep breath.  When breathing consciously, you are being present in the moment.  Breath nourishes our lives.  Conscious breathing allows the body to rejuvenate & renew the self.  Breathing deeply gets energy moving throughout the body.  When obtaining additional oxygen, one feels calm & relaxed producing steadiness.  Learn 3 breathing techniques to balance the mind, body, emotions & spirit.
