Infant Massage

The gift of touch is a nurturing experience between parent & baby in an intimate
exchange using massage techniques to help your baby sleep better,
improve development, enhance bonding & attachment, & relieve gas &
symptoms of colic & more.

Infant massage creates a memorable union, teaching loving touch &
an open exchange between you & your baby.

Learn to connect & communicate with your baby through massage.

A: Thursday, September 17 & 24, 2009

 C: Thursday, November 5 & 12, 2009

 D: Thursday, December 3 & 10, 2009
(Pre-register by Tuesday, December 1)

$60 pre-registration (2 classes) – price includes parent(s) & baby
$65 after pre-registration date

This class is for babies 1 – 8 months old.
Please put the baby in an easy to remove outfit with snaps.
Be prepared to sit on the floor while massaging your baby – wear loose clothing.

Required to bring with you:

• A large beach towel for the baby

• A receiving blanket for the baby

Written information & massage oil will be provided.
If your partner cannot attend, you are welcome to bring a relative or a friend.
Children 5 years & older are welcome to participate.

Two classes are taught in order to learn how to massage your baby.  The first class teaches you
the assistance of massage & specific strokes to provide a full-body massage for your baby. 
Your homework is to massage your baby for one week, then return for the second class
to discuss your experience, ask questions & review the massage techniques.
