HATHA YOGA
Thanks for another terrific "semester" in yoga.  Your class is one of the most satisfying
things I have done for myself.  Thanks for sharing your gifts of healing & compassion with all of us.

Your class is a "joyful" experience. Your teaching is inspirational.

The feeling of the class is gentle & meditative.  As you flow from one posture to another you get
a sense of energy moving through the body & as you breathe & meditate peacefulness becomes you.

Your yoga class was the first in a series of steps I've taken to care for myself which lead to the courage
to leave an abusive relationship.  Thank you.

I so enjoy your yoga class.  It is definitely "more than yoga."

It's an oasis in my hectic week.  No matter how I feel when I go into class, I always feel better afterwards.

I find Jennifer's class to be beneficial because it incorporates a nurturing atmosphere,
a friendly comfortable environment, & a climate so that each person chooses how & when to
challenge him or herself.

PRE-NATAL YOGA
This class exceeded my expectations.  I felt so much better being in yoga class; I slept better,
my back hurt less, I was more regular & I felt overall healthier. 
I'd recommend this class to every pregnant mom!

Your class is the highlight of my week.

I participated in several sessions of your prenatal yoga class & it was the highlight of my week. 
It was a huge help & I felt much more prepared & confident when I went into labor. 
Labor & delivery wasn't nearly as bad as I had expected.  I really think a lot of it was because I felt
so confident knowing I had different relief techniques we learned in your class. 

Throughout my pregnancy (carrying twins), your class helped me to feel nurtured,
pampered & beautiful.  Thank you.

Yoga definitely helped.  I would have to admit that honestly I only used the child's pose & breathing
to get me through contractions but these two things saved me! I would definitely recommend it!!!

I (and my midwife) credit the Kegels (and squatting) for the "efficient" pushing!  So, THANK YOU! 
Anything that shortens the pushing is beyond wonderful. 

POST-PARTUM YOGA
The single most valuable gift I could give to my baby & myself.  Thank you.

I feel happier, more relaxed, more balanced, & focused.  This class is a time for yourself & a time
for you & the baby.  You work out & integrate the baby into your workout.  You meet other moms & bond,
sharing good & bad baby experiences.  But mostly you can find yourself again in this clan.

We enjoyed class very much - thanks for making such a welcoming environment for mothers & babies.

I truly enjoyed being able to take my first yoga class EVER!  And being able to bring my baby too!!
It's something I'll tell him about when he's all grown up.  I feel more at peace when I leave than when I arrive.

A wonderful bonding experience with baby & other mothers.  I highly recommend it.

Lot's of fun!  It really helped my baby to grow & be independent.  We learned some great poses for baby,
which I have taught my husband.  It was also wonderful to meet & get to know other mothers & babies.

A great mix of body awareness & baby time.  While there were days that my baby would not allow me
to participate, I thoroughly enjoyed it.  A great way to get out of the house!

INFANT MASSAGE
It was especially great that husbands had the opportunity to learn something they can do that can
be as bonding as breastfeeding is for mothers.

A must do for any parent who wants to stimulate their baby & bond in a fun way.

I appreciated the patience & flexibility of the teacher.  She taught good basic massage that a layperson
could easily follow.  Good attitude, very welcoming.

It is a perfect, all natural, anytime, anywhere "feel good" exercise for mom & baby.

It was very educational!  Ms. Moore is an excellent instructor - very soothing,
very knowledgeable in the subject & fun!

The class was informative, quite relaxing.  I loved looking at other babies.  I would tell another man that
he should really do this.  Participate.  I was a little reluctant to go, but I'm really glad I did. 
I just learned a lot about touching my son.

A wonderful, close, warm experience!  What a great way to get to know our baby & each other.

Terrific class!  Nice flexible approach to basic techniques.  It's great to have hands on experience
with my baby, much better than just buying a book.  Jennifer is fantastic & supportive of moms & babies.

LITTLE TOTS YOGA
Fun & creative class that blends yoga, dramatic play & music (chanting & bells) into a
special hour for mother & child.

I enjoyed having this focused time with my son.  I have gotten some ideas for helping him to relax & use yoga.

I thought my child wasn't enjoying the class because she just observed the first time with little participation. 
When I saw her doing the yoga postures in the backyard I knew she had indeed absorbed
the experience in her own way.

This class is a fun way to introduce some fundamentals of yoga.  Good balance of energy,
expanding exercise & quiet time, appreciation of sitting still & listening to music.

We both really enjoyed it.  Jennifer is warm & fun & my son really enjoyed her.  I think it's planted
some good "seeds" in my son's mind for relaxation & body awareness. 

MEDITATION & YOGA Workshop
I really loved the whole experience.  It put me in a much better "state" & cleared my mind. 
It was relaxing & a great way to rejuvenate the soul.

Wow!  A journey of love.

Very fulfilling, total out of body experience.  Healing & meaningful to the body, mind & spirit. 
A must experience to appreciate total experience of self & body.

Opening, enlightening, freeing, relaxing - allows me to reconnect with my inner world. 
A time I set aside for myself allowing myself to relax.  Excellent.

It was a very relaxing & positive experience.  It opened up a whole new dimension of
healing & rejuvenation for me.  It also removed my sinus pain & left me very refreshed.

Wonderful!  A lot more interactive spiritually than I anticipated.  I will use these techniques daily.

REIKI RENEWAL TM Workshop
A powerful gathering of women that, through the power of touch,
connected spirit to spirit for an incredible, transformative experience.

It was a very comforting & safe way to explore something new.  I felt a little skeptical but was able to try. 
It makes me want to explore it more & open myself up more.  You are a great teacher by example. 

It opened up a tight feeling in my life.  It was fun & very giving.

It's something different.  It's about individual feelings & exploration.  It starts you on a path of
self-discovering & thinking out of the box.  It's a hippy-dippy idea that works if you let it.

It's a chance to get in touch with your inner self & also touch others.

I felt relaxation as I never felt before, my back pain cured.  I came out very, extremely positive & full of energy. 
It is the best experience you can feel because you connect to your body & enjoy it too.

A spiritual, renewing, powerful experience.

Something that has to be "experienced."  It's a means to relaxation & an inner peace with a
spiritual connection with one's source!

The hands on heat were very powerful.  The intention/visualization was very Technicolor. 
I felt very self-loving, self-nurturing, & group nurturing.  Lovely! 

A wonderful warming experience that baths the body with self-healing & hands on energy. 

MOM'S DAY OUT Workshop
I'm so relaxed!  I feel like I can handle anything.  You work your body a little bit, your lungs a lot,
your brain a little, & your spirit totally.

Heaven - thank you.  I feel energized & relaxed & really in touch with my senses.

I've been really on edge in the last week.  Little things have been setting me off. 
I don't want to be that way with my family - this helped!

A time to let go & reconnect with yourself.

I so needed this workshop!  I was looking for a rebalance & refocus & I'm leaving feeling so much better. 
It's been so long since I haven't felt motherhood stress & guilt.  Thank you for this reprieve! 
Looking inward is such a good thing.

PAJAMA YOGA PAMPER PARTY Workshop
What an incredible evening ... being forced to take an entire evening to give to yourself is perhaps the best
gift of all.  An hour of yoga with stretches then an hour of pure pamper time for ourselves - so we covered
every part of ourselves, from head to feet literally.  We should do this once a week! 
What a gift - thank you for the awesome experience, Jennifer!

Very relaxing & self-affirming.  Time to concentrate just on myself & forget about everything else.
I really enjoyed doing this with a group of women - able to be totally at ease.

Attend, attend, attend!  Relaxing, fun, friendly & non-threatening as always.

I loved the hand & foot massage, but I also like the partner's yoga - the warmth
of another's back really does relax you.  It was a real treat.

FEET TREAT Workshop
Reflexology was a caring & sharing experience that stimulated the mind & the body.

The active participation was sensational - hands on really works!  Jennifer's personality is a major factor in
the success of her classes.  She is a self-care motivator & her vivacious & energetic being is contagious.

The class was magnificent.

Great!  Felt so much better afterwards.

The entire experience is a growth that I hope to expand.

I came in crabby & left a lot more peaceful.  Learning how to tune-out the stressful
stuff & concentrate on inner healing.

I felt cared for, inspired & fulfilled. 

Love the foot massage.  It is a "feel good" experience worth trying.

FUN! FUN! FUN! FAMILY YOGA TM
The class was a chance for me to bond with my daughter & share something I find
very enriching with her.

We had a wonderful time.  My daughter enjoyed it so much she didn't want to go home.

This is a great way to introduce & share yoga with kids, with an instructor who truly
understands & accepts kids limited attention spans.

We all enjoyed the class.  I was very impressed with how many different ages could find
fun in the same class.  Also, the amount of time for the class was perfect. 

It was a fun, fun, fun time with the family.

This class is low-key, low-pressure class that encourages children & parents to incorporate
yoga poses into creative play/dance situations.  It really is a good primer for parents to take home
ideas to do with their kids.

PAJAMA YOGA TM
It was awesome!  We had so much fun.

A very fun, playful & imaginative class.

It is fun to do things as a family that is good & enjoyable for the parents. 
A family activity that is healthy, fun & relaxing.

We loved it!

Lots of fun, & very creative, like a dance class with a mix of yoga & creative dance with
some relaxation at the tail end.  Timing was perfect just before bed.

FANTASTIC!  Very relaxing!  Good mix of yoga, massage & relaxation! Wonderful!
